📸 How many photos do I need to create a mosaic?

You need 1 main image and at least 200 small photos. For the best results, we recommend using 500–1000 photos. Your photos will be repeated to reach approximately 2,000 tiles, and we ensure similar images are spaced apart for clarity.

🛒 How do I order a photo mosaic?

Step 1: Send your main image
Step 2: Upload your small images via:
- Google Drive, Dropbox, Amazon Photos, OneDrive, Shutterfly, Snapfish
- Or WeTransfer to support@ateliermosaics.com

🖼️ Will I receive a preview before printing?

Yes! We send a proof to your Etsy messages. Your mosaic won't be printed or shipped until you approve the final version.

Digital file: 2–3 business days
Print: 5–7 business days + 4–6 days shipping
Canvas / Frame: 7–9 business days + 4–6 days shipping

🔐 What happens to my uploaded photos?

We use your images only to create your mosaic. All files are deleted 3 weeks after purchase. Your privacy is 100% protected.

🧩 Will all my photos be used in the mosaic?

Yes, we try to include every image you upload. Damaged or incompatible files may be excluded. You’ll get a chance to review everything in the proof.

💾 What is a digital file?

A high-resolution JPG mosaic delivered by email. No physical product is shipped. You can print it at stores like Staples or Walgreens. Multiple sizes available in inches and centimeters.

Poster Print: 200gsm silk paper, ships in 5–7 days
