4. Delivered to your door — or instantly as a digital file

Production & delivery times

Production time begins after we receive all photographs:

• Digital File — 3 business days
• Photo Print — 6 business days
• Canvas Print — 7 business days
• Wood or Metal Framed Print — 7 business days
• Acrylic Print — 10–12 business days

Estimated delivery after production: approximately 4–6 business days for physical products, depending on the destination. Digital files are delivered by email.

How many photos do I need?
At least 200, but 500–1000 gives the richest, most detailed result. Duplicates are fine.

Yes — we always send a digital preview for your approval before printing anything.

What if I only want a digital file?
That's a popular choice. You'll receive a high-resolution file you can print locally or keep forever.

Can I request changes before printing?
Yes. Revisions are included before final approval, so adjustments can be made before your mosaic is sent to print.

What quality is the digital file?
The finished digital mosaic is supplied as a high-resolution 300 DPI file prepared for your selected print size.
